Als in jener Zeit Jerobeam einmal aus Jerusalem herauskam, begegnete ihm auf dem Weg der Prophet Ahija aus Schilo. Dieser war mit einem neuen Mantel bekleidet. Während nun beide allein auf freiem Feld waren,

Es begab sich aber zu der Zeit, daß Jerobeam ausging von Jerusalem, und es traf ihn an der Prophet Ahia von Silo auf dem Wege und hatte einen neuen Mantel an, und waren die beiden allein im Felde.

Eines Tages, als Jerobeam aus der Stadt hinausging, begegnete er unterwegs dem Propheten Ahija aus Silo. Ahija trug einen neuen Mantel. Außerhalb der Stadt, wo weit und breit kein Mensch mehr war,
