Den bronzenen Altar aber, der zwischen dem neuen Altar und dem Tempel vor dem HERRN stand, ließ er von seinem Platz vor dem Tempel wegrücken und nördlich vom neuen Altar aufstellen.

Aber den ehernen Altar, der vor dem HERRN stand, tat er weg, daß er nicht stände zwischen dem Altar und dem Hause des HERRN, sondern setzte ihn an die Seite des Altars gegen Mitternacht.

Zwischen dem Tempel und dem neuen Altar stand immer noch der bronzene Altar, auf dem die Opfer für den HERRN dargebracht wurden. Ihn ließ der König von der Vorderseite des Tempels wegtragen und hinter den neuen Altar stellen.
