Das Wort des HERRN erging an mich:
Judah’s Captivity Portrayed
Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
Menschensohn, du wohnst mitten im Haus der Widerspenstigkeit, das Augen hat, um zu sehen, doch sie sehen nicht, das Ohren hat, um zu hören, doch sie hören nicht; denn sie sind ein Haus der Widerspenstigkeit.
“Son of man, you dwell in the midst of a rebellious house, which has eyes to see but does not see, and ears to hear but does not hear; for they are a rebellious house.
Doch du, Menschensohn, pack dir Gepäck für die Verbannung und geh bei Tag vor ihren Augen weg, als ob du vor ihren Augen von deinem Wohnsitz in die Verbannung gehen würdest. Vielleicht sehen sie es; denn sie sind ein Haus der Widerspenstigkeit.
“Therefore, son of man, prepare your belongings for captivity, and go into captivity by day in their sight. You shall go from your place into captivity to another place in their sight. It may be that they will consider, though they are a rebellious house.
Trag dein Gepäck wie Gepäck für die Verbannung bei Tag vor ihren Augen hinaus! Du aber geh am Abend vor ihren Augen hinaus wie die Leute, die in die Verbannung ziehen!
By day you shall bring out your belongings in their sight, as though going into captivity; and at evening you shall go in their sight, like those who go into captivity.
Brich dir vor ihren Augen ein Loch in die Mauer und schaffe das Gepäck durch sie hinaus!
Dig through the wall in their sight, and carry your belongings out through it.
Vor ihren Augen nimm es auf die Schulter! Schaffe es in der Dunkelheit hinaus! Verhülle dein Gesicht, damit du das Land nicht siehst! Fürwahr: Zum Mahnzeichen mache ich dich für das Haus Israel.
In their sight you shall bear them on your shoulders and carry them out at twilight; you shall cover your face, so that you cannot see the ground, for I have made you a sign to the house of Israel.”
Ich tat so, wie mir befohlen wurde. Bei Tag trug ich mein Gepäck wie Gepäck für die Verbannung hinaus. Am Abend brach ich mit der Hand ein Loch durch die Mauer; in der Dunkelheit schaffte ich es hinaus. Dann nahm ich es vor ihren Augen auf die Schulter.
So I did as I was commanded. I brought out my belongings by day, as though going into captivity, and at evening I dug through the wall with my hand. I brought them out at twilight, and I bore them on my shoulder in their sight.
Da erging das Wort des HERRN an mich am nächsten Morgen:
And in the morning the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Menschensohn, hat nicht das Haus Israel, das Haus der Widerspenstigkeit, zu dir gesagt: Was machst du da?
“Son of man, has not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, said to you, ‘What are you doing?’
Sag zu ihnen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Der Fürst, der in Jerusalem wohnt, ist diese Last und das ganze Haus Israel, das darinnen wohnt.
Sag: Ich bin ein Mahnzeichen für euch. Wie ich getan habe, so wird ihnen getan; in die Verbannung, in die Gefangenschaft werden sie ziehen.
Say, ‘I am a sign to you. As I have done, so shall it be done to them; they shall be carried away into captivity.’
Und der Fürst, der in ihrer Mitte ist, wird in der Dunkelheit die Schulter beladen und hinausgehen. In die Mauer wird man ein Loch brechen, um ihn durch sie hinauszuschaffen. Er wird sein Gesicht verhüllen, um mit seinen Augen das Land nicht zu sehen.
And the prince who is among them shall bear his belongings on his shoulder at twilight and go out. They shall dig through the wall to carry them out through it. He shall cover his face, so that he cannot see the ground with his eyes.
Ich werfe mein Netz über ihn, er gerät in meine Schlingen. Nach Babel führe ich ihn, ins Land der Chaldäer; doch er wird es nicht sehen. Dort wird er sterben.
I will also spread My net over him, and he shall be caught in My snare. I will bring him to Babylon, to the land of the Chaldeans; yet he shall not see it, though he shall die there.
Alle, die um ihn her sind, seine Hilfe, und alle seine Truppen zerstreue ich in alle Winde und ich zücke das Schwert hinter ihnen.
I will scatter to every wind all who are around him to help him, and all his troops; and I will draw out the sword after them.
Dann werden sie erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin, wenn ich sie unter die Völker versprenge und sie in alle Länder zerstreue.
“Then they shall know that I am the Lord, when I scatter them among the nations and disperse them throughout the countries.
Und ich lasse einige von ihnen das Schwert, den Hunger und die Pest überleben, damit sie bei den Völkern, zu denen sie kommen, von all ihren Gräueltaten erzählen. Dann werden sie erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin.
But I will spare a few of their men from the sword, from famine, and from pestilence, that they may declare all their abominations among the Gentiles wherever they go. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.”
Das Wort des HERRN erging an mich:
Judgment Not Postponed
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Menschensohn, iss dein Brot mit Zittern und trink dein Wasser mit Angst und Entsetzen!
Dann sag zum Volk des Landes: So spricht GOTT, der Herr, zu den Bewohnern Jerusalems über den Ackerboden Israels: Sie werden ihr Brot mit Angst essen und ihr Wasser mit Schaudern trinken; so wird ihr Land verwüstet sein durch das, wovon es voll ist, durch die Gewalttat all seiner Bewohner.
And say to the people of the land, ‘Thus says the Lord God to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and to the land of Israel: “They shall eat their bread with anxiety, and drink their water with dread, so that her land may be emptied of all who are in it, because of the violence of all those who dwell in it.
Die bewohnten Städte sollen verheert und das Land zur Wüste werden. Dann werdet ihr erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin.
Then the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall become desolate; and you shall know that I am the Lord.” ’ ”
Menschensohn, was habt ihr da für ein Sprichwort auf dem Ackerboden Israels: Die Tage ziehen sich hin, doch keine Vision erfüllt sich?
“Son of man, what is this proverb that you people have about the land of Israel, which says, ‘The days are prolonged, and every vision fails’?
Darum sag zu ihnen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Ich werde diesem Sprichwort ein Ende bereiten und sie werden es in Israel nicht mehr gebrauchen. Sag vielmehr zu ihnen: Nahegekommen sind die Tage und das, was jede Vision sagt.
Denn eine nichtige Vision und trügerisches Orakel wird es im Haus Israel nicht mehr geben.
Denn ich, der HERR, rede. Das Wort, das ich rede, geschieht. Es lässt nicht mehr lange auf sich warten; denn in euren Tagen, du Haus der Widerspenstigkeit, rede ich ein Wort und führe es aus — Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn.
For I am the Lord. I speak, and the word which I speak will come to pass; it will no more be postponed; for in your days, O rebellious house, I will say the word and perform it,” says the Lord God.’ ”
Menschensohn, siehe, das Haus Israel sagt: Die Vision, die er schaut, gilt für spätere Tage, er weissagt für ferne Zeiten.
“Son of man, look, the house of Israel is saying, ‘The vision that he sees is for many days from now, and he prophesies of times far off.’
Darum sag zu ihnen: So spricht GOTT, der Herr: Keines meiner Worte lässt lange auf sich warten. Das Wort, das ich rede, geschieht — Spruch GOTTES, des Herrn.
Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “None of My words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done,” says the Lord God.’ ”
