Ich strecke meine Hand gegen sie aus und mache das Land zur Wüste und zur Öde, von der Steppe bis nach Ribla, überall, wo sie wohnen. Dann werden sie erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin.

Ich will meine Hand wider sie ausstrecken und das Land wüst und öde machen von der Wüste an bis gen Dibla, überall, wo sie wohnen; und sie sollen erfahren, daß ich der HERR sei.

Drohend erhebe ich meine Hand, um ihr Land zu zerstören. Ich mache es zu einer menschenleeren, schrecklichen Einöde, von der Wüste Juda im Süden bis nach Ribla im Norden. Daran sollen sie erkennen, dass ich der HERR bin.«
