In die Versammlung des HERRN darf kein Bastard kommen; auch in der zehnten Generation dürfen seine Nachkommen nicht in die Versammlung des HERRN kommen.

(Es soll auch kein Hurenkind in die Gemeinde des HERRN kommen, auch nach dem zehnten Glied, sondern soll allewege nicht in die Gemeinde des HERRN kommen.

Einer, dessen Eltern nicht nach dem Gesetz verheiratet waren, muss der Gemeinde ebenfalls fernbleiben. Auch seine Nachkommen dürfen nicht dazugehören, selbst zehn Generationen später nicht.
