Den Schwachen hebt er empor aus dem Staub und erhöht den Armen, der im Schmutz liegt; er gibt ihm einen Sitz bei den Edlen, einen Ehrenplatz weist er ihm zu. Ja, dem HERRN gehören die Pfeiler der Erde; auf sie hat er den Erdkreis gegründet.

Er hebt auf den Dürftigen aus dem Staub und erhöht den Armen aus dem Kot, daß er ihn setze unter die Fürsten und den Stuhl der Ehre erben lasse. Denn der Welt Grundfesten sind des HERRN, und er hat den Erdboden darauf gesetzt.

Dem Verachteten hilft er aus seiner Not. Er zieht den Armen aus dem Schmutz und stellt ihn dem Fürsten gleich, ja, er gibt ihm einen Ehrenplatz. Dem HERRN gehört die ganze Welt, auf ein festes Fundament hat er sie gegründet.
