Die Leute von Bet-Schemesch waren gerade im Tal bei der Weizenernte. Als sie aufblickten und die Lade sahen, freuten sie sich sehr darüber.

Die Beth–Semiter aber schnitten eben in der Weizenernte im Grund, und hoben ihre Augen auf und sahen die Lade und freuten sich, sie zu sehen.

Die Einwohner von Bet-Schemesch waren gerade unten im Tal bei der Weizenernte. Als sie die Bundeslade kommen sahen, freuten sie sich sehr.
