Ich erfuhr auch, dass die Leviten und Sänger ihren Dienst im Tempel nicht mehr ausübten, sondern auf ihren Feldern arbeiteten, weil sie die Abgaben nicht bekamen, auf die sie Anspruch hatten.

Und ich erfuhr, daß der Leviten Teile ihnen nicht gegeben waren, derhalben die Leviten und Sänger, die das Geschäft des Amts ausrichten sollten, geflohen waren, ein jeglicher zu seinen Acker.

Ich erfuhr auch, dass die Anteile der Leviten nicht abgeliefert wurden; darum waren die Leviten und die Sänger, die den Dienst zu versehen hatten, weggegangen, jeder auf seinen Landbesitz.
