Hoffnung für Alle
Die Israeliten waren wegen der Wanderung durch die Wüste unzufrieden und begannen, sich zu beklagen. Als der HERR das hörte, wurde er sehr zornig. Er ließ am Rand des Lagers ein Feuer ausbrechen, das Zelt um Zelt zerstörte.

Und da sich das Volk ungeduldig machte, gefiel es übel vor den Ohren des HERRN. Und als es der HERR hörte, ergrimmte sein Zorn, und zündete das Feuer des HERRN unter ihnen an; das verzehrte die äußersten Lager.

Als das Volk die Ohren des HERRN mit Klagen über sein böses Los erfüllte, entbrannte sein Zorn; das Feuer des HERRN brach bei ihnen aus und griff am Rand des Lagers um sich.

The People Complain
And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp. -
