So tut’s nun; denn der HERR hat von David gesagt: Ich will mein Volk Israel erretten durch die Hand Davids, meines Knechtes, von der Philister Hand und aller seiner Feinde Hand.

Jetzt ist der Augenblick zum Handeln gekommen! Der HERR selbst hat ja versprochen: ›Durch meinen Diener David will ich mein Volk aus der Gewalt der Philister und aller anderen Feinde befreien.‹«

Jetzt müsst ihr handeln. Denn der HERR hat zu David gesagt: Durch meinen Knecht David will ich mein Volk Israel aus der Hand der Philister und all seiner Feinde retten.
