Also ward beschickt aller Gottesdienst des HERRN des Tages, daß man Passah hielt und Brandopfer tat auf dem Altar des HERRN nach dem Gebot des Königs Josia.

So wurde an jenem Tag auf Josias Befehl alles geordnet, was den Tempeldienst während des Passahfestes betraf. Nun konnte das Volk das Passahfest feiern, und auch die Brandopfer konnten auf dem Altar des HERRN dargebracht werden.

So war der gesamte Dienst für den HERRN an jenem Tag gut geordnet. Man feierte das Pessach und brachte auf dem Altar des HERRN Brandopfer dar, wie es König Joschija geboten hatte.
