Und die Leute, denen sie weissagen, sollen vom Schwert und Hunger auf den Gassen zu Jerusalem hin und her liegen, daß sie niemand begraben wird, also auch ihre Weiber, Söhne und Töchter; und ich will ihre Bosheit über sie schütten.

Und die Menschen, denen sie geweissagt haben, werden auf den Straßen von Jerusalem liegen, verhungert oder vom Schwert durchbohrt: Männer, Frauen und Kinder, niemand wird sie begraben. Ihre Bosheit werde ich ihnen reichlich vergelten.«

Die Leute aber, denen sie prophezeien, werden auf den Straßen Jerusalems liegen, hingestreckt durch Hunger und Schwert. Niemand wird sie begraben, weder die Männer noch die Frauen, die Söhne oder die Töchter. So gieße ich ihre eigene Bosheit über sie aus.
