Darum spricht der HERR also: Ihr gehorchtet mir nicht, daß ihr ein Freijahr ausriefet ein jeglicher seinem Bruder und seinem Nächsten; siehe, so rufe ich, spricht der HERR, euch ein Freijahr aus zum Schwert, zur Pestilenz, zum Hunger, und will euch in keinem Königreich auf Erden bleiben lassen.

Und nun hört, was ich euch sage: Ihr habt meine Worte in den Wind geschlagen und euren Brüdern und Schwestern nicht die Freiheit geschenkt. Darum gebe ich, der HERR, euch nun die Freiheit, im Krieg zu fallen, an einer Seuche zu sterben oder zu verhungern! In allen Königreichen der Welt wird man entsetzt sein über das, was ich euch antue. Darauf könnt ihr euch verlassen!

Darum — so spricht der HERR: Ihr habt mir nicht gehorcht, jeder für seinen Stammesbruder und seinen Nächsten Freilassung auszurufen. — Siehe, ich rufe euch eine Freilassung aus — Spruch des HERRN — für Schwert, Pest und Hunger und ich mache euch zu einem Bild des Schreckens für alle Reiche der Erde.
