Ich habe es euch alles gezeigt, daß man also arbeiten müsse und die Schwachen aufnehmen und gedenken an das Wort des HERRN Jesu, daß er gesagt hat: «Geben ist seliger denn Nehmen!

Damit wollte ich euch zeigen, dass man hart arbeiten muss, um auch noch den Armen etwas abgeben zu können. Dabei sollen wir immer an die Worte denken, die unser Herr Jesus selbst gesagt hat: Geben macht glücklicher als Nehmen.«

In allem habe ich euch gezeigt, dass man sich auf diese Weise abmühen und sich der Schwachen annehmen soll, in Erinnerung an die Worte Jesu, des Herrn, der selbst gesagt hat: Geben ist seliger als nehmen.
