Warum verstockt ihr euer Herz, wie die Ägypter und Pharao ihr Herz verstockten? Ist’s nicht also: da er seine Macht an ihnen bewies, ließen sie sie fahren, daß sie hingingen?

Seid nicht so verbohrt wie damals die Ägypter und der Pharao. Es nützt ja doch nichts! Sie mussten die Israeliten schließlich ziehen lassen, weil der HERR ihnen durch schreckliche Plagen keine andere Möglichkeit ließ.

Warum wollt ihr euer Herz verhärten, wie die Ägypter und der Pharao ihr Herz verhärtet haben? Sie mussten doch auch die Israeliten, nachdem sie sie übel behandelt hatten, entlassen und diese konnten fortgehen.
