Es ist das Bergland Israel, das sich inzwischen vom Krieg erholt hat und dessen Bewohner aus der Verbannung heimgekehrt sind. Lange Zeit war es ein Trümmerfeld, doch nun leben die Menschen dort wieder in Ruhe und Sicherheit.
