Jehoshaphat's Reforms
And Jehoshaphat dwelt at Jerusalem: and he went out again through the people from Beersheba to mount Ephraim, and brought them back unto the LORD God of their fathers. -
Also blieb Josaphat zu Jerusalem. Und er zog wiederum aus unter das Volk von Beer–Seba an bis auf das Gebirge Ephraim und brachte sie wieder zu dem HERRN, ihrer Väter Gott.

Von da an blieb Joschafat in Jerusalem und besuchte das Nordreich Israel nicht mehr. Er reiste aber durch ganz Juda, von Beerscheba im Süden bis zum Gebirge Ephraim im Norden, und ermutigte das Volk, wieder zum HERRN, dem Gott ihrer Vorfahren, umzukehren.
