Offerings for the Tabernacle

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

Господь сказав Мойсеєві:

Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me a heave-offering: of every one whose heart prompteth him, ye shall take my heave-offering.

«Накажи синам Ізраїля, щоб приносили мені податі; від кожного, хто добровільно схоче дати, візьміть для мене пожертву.

And this is the heave-offering that ye shall take of them: gold, and silver, and copper,

Датки ж, що братимете від них, будуть такі: золото, срібло й мідь;

4

and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and byssus, and goats' [hair],

4

блават, порфіра й кармазин, віссон і козяча шерсть;

5

and rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins; and acacia-wood;

5

червонобарвні баранячі шкури, шкури борсучі й дерево акації;

6

oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil, and for the incense of fragrant drugs;

6

олива на світло, і пахощі для намащування й для запашного кадила;

7

onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod, and in the breastplate.

онікс-каміння й каміння, щоб вставити в ефод і нагрудник.

And they shall make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.

8

Нехай вони мені спорудять святиню, щоб я міг жити серед них.

9

According to all that I shall shew thee, the pattern of the tabernacle, and the pattern of all the utensils thereof, even so shall ye make [it].

Усе згідно із взірцем храмини та згідно з взірцем утварі, що покажу тобі, так зробите усе.

The Ark of the Covenant

And they shall make an ark of acacia-wood; two cubits and a half the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

10

Зробиш кивот з дерева акації; два лікті з половиною завдовжки, півтора ліктя завшир і півтора ліктя заввиш.

11

And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold: inside and outside shalt thou overlay it; and shalt make upon it a border of gold round about.

І облицюєш його щирим золотом, ізсередини і зверху облицюєш його, і на верху обведеш його кругом золотою листвою.

12

And cast four rings of gold for it, and put [them] at the four corners thereof, that two rings may be upon the one side thereof and two rings upon the other side thereof.

Виллєш чотири каблучки з золота і поприкріплюєш їх по чотирьох рогах його; дві каблучки з одного боку й дві каблучки з другого боку.

13

And make staves of acacia-wood and overlay them with gold.

13

Зробиш і носила з дерева акації і обкладеш їх золотом.

And put the staves into the rings upon the sides of the ark, that the ark may be borne with them.

15

The staves shall be in the rings of the ark: they shall not come out from it.

15

Та нехай носила завжди будуть у каблучках у ковчезі, не виймати їх ніколи звідтіль.

And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony that I shall give thee.

І покладеш у кивот Свідоцтво, що я дам тобі.

17

The Mercy Seat

And thou shalt make a mercy-seat of pure gold: two cubits and a half the length thereof, and a cubit and a half the breadth thereof.

17

Спорудиш також і віко зі щирого золота, два лікті з половиною завдовжки і півтора ліктя завшир.

18

And thou shalt make two cherubim of gold; [of] beaten work shalt thou make them, at the two ends of the mercy-seat.

18

Виготуєш двох золотих херувимів, кутим поробленням зробиш їх, по обох кінцях віка зробиш їх.

19

And make one cherub at the end of the one side, and one cherub at the end of the other side; out of the mercy-seat shall ye make the cherubim at the two ends thereof.

19

Зробиш одного херувима з одного кінця, а другого херувима з другого кінця; суцільно з віком зробите ви херувимів по обидвох кінцях його.

20

And the cherubim shall stretch out [their] wings over it, covering over with their wings the mercy-seat, and their faces opposite to one another: toward the mercy-seat shall the faces of the cherubim be [turned].

І простягатимуть херувими крила вгору, покриваючи ними віко, а обличчя їх одне до одного, до віка нехай будуть звернені обличчя херувимів.

21

And thou shalt put the mercy-seat above on the ark, and shalt put in the ark the testimony that I shall give thee.

21

І покладеш віко на ковчезі зверху, а в кивот вкладеш Свідоцтво, що я дам тобі.

22

And there will I meet with thee, and will speak with thee from above the mercy-seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, everything that I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

22

Там я буду стрічатися з тобою, і зверху віка, з-поміж двох херувимів, що над ковчегом Свідоцтва, я говоритиму з тобою про все те, що маю заповідати тобі для синів Ізраїля.

The Table of Showbread

And thou shalt make a table of acacia-wood, two cubits the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof, and a cubit and a half the height thereof.

Виготуєш з дерева акації стіл, два лікті завдовжки, лікоть завшир і півтора ліктя заввиш.

24

And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, and make upon it a border of gold round about.

24

Вимостиш його щирим золотом; і приробиш йому навкруги золотий вінець.

25

And thou shalt make for it a margin of a handbreadth round about, and shalt make a border of gold for the margin thereof round about.

25

Зробиш до нього ґзимс на долоню завширш з усіх боків, до ґзимсу ж зробиш навкруги золотий вінець.

26

And thou shalt make for it four rings of gold, and put the rings at the four corners that are on the four feet thereof.

26

Потім зробиш до нього чотири золоті каблучки і прикріпиш каблучки до чотирьох рогів, на чотирьох ногах його.

27

Close to the margin shall the rings be, as receptacles of the staves to carry the table.

Каблучки ж для носил, щоб носити стіл, мають щільно приставати до ґзимсу.

28

And thou shalt make the staves of acacia-wood, and overlay them with gold; and the table shall be carried upon them.

Носила витешеш з дерева акації і обведеш їх золотом; на них носитимуть стіл.

29

And thou shalt make the dishes thereof, and cups thereof, and goblets thereof, and bowls thereof, with which to pour out: of pure gold shalt thou make them.

29

Зробиш також підноси до нього, ложки, кінви й чаші, щоб возливати з них; із щирого золота зробиш їх.

30

And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me continually.

30

На столі ж покладатимеш хліб появлення перед моє лице, повсякчасно.

31

The Golden Lampstand

And thou shalt make a lamp-stand of pure gold; [of] beaten work shall the lamp-stand be made: its base and its shaft, its cups, its knobs, and its flowers shall be of the same.

31

Виготуєш і світильник із щирого золота; кутим поробленням нехай буде зроблений; держало його, вітки його, чашечки його, бруньки й квітки його мусять бути однолиті.

32

And six branches shall come out of the sides thereof -- three branches of the lamp-stand out of one side thereof, and three branches of the lamp-stand out of the other side thereof;

Шість віток виходитимуть із боків його: три вітки світильника з одного боку й три вітки з другого боку.

33

three cups shaped like almonds in the one branch, a knob and a flower: and three cups shaped like almonds in the other branch, a knob and a flower: so in the six branches that come out of the lamp-stand.

33

Три чашечки як мигдалевий цвіт, з брунькою й квіточкою на одній вітці, і три чашечки як мигдалевий цвіт, з брунькою й квіточкою на другій вітці; тож так на всіх шістьох вітках, що виходитимуть із світильника.

And in the lamp-stand four cups shaped like almonds, its knobs and its flowers;

На світильнику ж чотири чашечки, як мигдалевий цвіт, з бруньками і квіточками їхніми.

35

and a knob under two branches of it, and [again] a knob under two branches of it, and [again] a knob under two branches of it, for the six branches that proceed out of the lamp-stand.

35

Одна брунька під двома вітками, що виходять із світильника, друга брунька під двома вітками, що виходять з нього, й нарешті третя брунька під двома вітками, що виходять з нього: на шість віток, що виходять із світильника.

36

Their knobs and their branches shall be of itself -- all of one beaten work of pure gold.

36

Бруньки ці й вітки мусять бути суцільні з світильником, все кутого пороблення, з одного кусня щирого золота.

37

And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof, and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may shine out before it;

37

Далі зробиш сім лямп для світильника та поставиш їх угорі так, щоб світили на передній бік його.

38

and the snuffers thereof, and the snuff-trays thereof, of pure gold.

38

Щипці до нього й огарничка до нього будуть із щирого золота.

39

Of a talent of pure gold shall they make it, with all these utensils.

39

Із таланту щирого золота маєш зробити його з усіма його приладами.

40

And see that thou make [them] according to their pattern, which hath been shewn to thee in the mountain.

40

Та гляди, щоб зробив їх за зразками, що показано тобі на горі.»
