The Sabbath

And Moses collected all the assembly of the children of Israel, and said to them, These are the things which Jehovah has commanded, to do them.

1

І зібрав Мойсей всю громаду синів Ізрайлевих і каже до них:

2

Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you a holy day, a sabbath of rest to Jehovah: whoever does work on it shall be put to death.

2

Ось що заповідав Господь вам чинити: Шість день можна вам робити, семий же день мусить вам бути сьвятим днем, субота відпочинку Господеві. Хто робить у сей день, всякому смерть.

3

Ye shall kindle no fire throughout your dwellings upon the sabbath day.

Не будете запалювати багаття в усїх ваших домівках в день субітнїй.

4

Materials for the Tabernacle

And Moses spoke to all the assembly of the children of Israel, saying, This is the word which Jehovah has commanded, saying,

І промовив Мойсей до всїєї громади синів Ізрайлевих так: От що заповідав Господь, глаголючи:

5

Take from among you a heave-offering to Jehovah: every one whose heart [is] willing, let him bring it, Jehovah's heave-offering -- gold, and silver, and copper,

5

Принесїте від себе жертву підношення Господеві. Кожен охочий нехай принесе Господеві приніс: золото, срібло і мідь.

6

and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and byssus, and goats' [hair],

6

І блават і пурпур та кармазин та тонке полотно і козину шерсть;

7

and rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, and acacia-wood,

7

І баранячі шкіри червоні, і шкури барсучі, і дерево акацію,

8

and oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil, and for the incense of fragrant drugs;

8

І олїю на сьвітло, і пахощі на миро помазання і на запашне кадило.

9

and onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod, and for the breastplate.

Каміннє ониксове і каміннє до вставлювання на нагрудник і наплїчник.

10

The Skilled Tabernacle Workmen

And all who are wise-hearted among you shall come and make all that Jehovah has commanded:

10

І кожен мудрий серцем ізміж вас прийде і робити ме все, що заповідав Господь.

11

the tabernacle, its tent, and its covering, its clasps, and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its bases;

11

Храмину його і покриттє її, і гаки її, і дошки її, і засуви її, і стовпи її, і підстави її,

12

the ark, and its staves; the mercy-seat, and the veil of separation;

12

Скриню і жердки її, і віко, і завісу,

13

the table and its staves, and all its utensils, and the shewbread;

13

Стола й носила його, й усю посудину його, і покладний хлїб;

14

and the lamp-stand for the light, and its utensils, and its lamps, and the oil for the light;

14

Сьвітильник на сьвітло, і посудину його, і лямпи його, і олїю на сьвітло;

15

and the altar of incense, and its staves; and the anointing-oil, and the incense of fragrant drugs; and the entrance-curtain at the entrance of the tabernacle;

15

І жертівника кадильного і носила його, і миро, і запашне кадило, і завісу коло входу до храмини;

16

the altar of burnt-offering, and the copper grating for it, its staves, and all its utensils; the laver and its stand;

16

Жертівника на всепаленнє і грати до його мідяні, жердки його і всю посудину його, умивальницю й підставу до неї;

17

the hangings of the court, its pillars, and its bases, and the curtains of the gate of the court;

17

Опони у дворі, і стовпи до них, і підставки їх, і мату до воріт у дворі;

18

the pegs of the tabernacle, and the pegs of the court, and their cords;

18

Кіллє до храмини, і кіллє до двора, і посторонки до них;

19

the garments of service, to do service in the sanctuary, the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to serve as priests.

Шати до служення в сьвятинї; шати сьвяті для Арона, сьвященника, і шати для синів його, щоб служити сьвященну службу.

20

The People Offer Gifts

And all the assembly of the children of Israel departed from before Moses.

20

І відийшла вся громада синів Ізрайлевих од лиця Мойсейового,

21

And they came, every one whose heart moved him, and every one whose spirit prompted him; they brought Jehovah's heave-offering for the work of the tent of meeting, and for all its service, and for the holy garments.

21

І поприходили всї, кого підіймало серце його, і всї, кого заохочував дух його, і подавали приноси Господнї на будову громадського намету і на всякі потребини його, і на шати сьвяті.

22

And they came, both men and women; every one who was of willing heart brought nose-rings, and earrings, and rings, and bracelets, all kinds of utensils of gold: every man that waved a wave-offering of gold to Jehovah.

22

І поприходили вони, чоловіки й жіноцтво, всї, скільки було їх охочого серця, і подали запинки й сережки, й каблучки, і золоті намиста, і всяку золоту посудину,

23

And every man with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet, and byssus, and goats' [hair], and rams' skins dyed red, and badgers' skins, brought [them].

23

І всякий, в кого знайшовся блават, і пурпур, і кармазин, і тонке полотно, і козина шерсть, і шкіри баранячі червоні, і шкіри барсучі, приносив.

24

All they that offered a heave-offering of silver and copper brought Jehovah's heave-offering. And every one with whom was found acacia-wood for all manner of work of the service, brought [it].

Усякий, в кого була жертва срібна й мідяна, подавав жертву приношення Господеві; і всякий, в кого знайшлось дерево акація до всякої службової роботи, подавав.

25

And every woman that was wise-hearted spun with her hands, and brought what she had spun: the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, and the byssus.

І все жіноцтво, в якого було мудре серце, почало прясти своїми руками, і подавали свою пряжу: на блават, і пурпур, і кармазин, й тонке полотно.

26

And all the women whose heart moved them in wisdom spun goats' [hair].

26

І все розумне жіноцтво, кого серце підіймало на мудрощі, пряли козину шерсть.

27

And the principal men brought the onyx stones, and the stones to be set, for the ephod, and for the breastplate;

27

А князї подавали каміннє ониксове і каміннє до вставлювання для наплїчника і нагрудника.

28

and the spice, and the oil for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the incense of fragrant drugs.

28

І пахощі й олїю на сьвітло і на миро, і на запашне кадило.

29

The children of Israel brought a voluntary offering to Jehovah, every man and woman whose heart prompted them to bring for all manner of work, which Jehovah, by the hand of Moses, had commanded to be done.

29

Дїти Ізрайлеві, всякий чоловік і всяка жінка, в котрої було охоче серце, подавати на всяку роботу, яку Господь заповідав через Мойсея, творити, подавали добровільні дари Господеві.

30

Bezelel and Oholiab

And Moses said to the children of Israel, See, Jehovah has called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah,

І рече Мойсей синам Ізрайлевим: Дивітесь, покликав Господь Безалеїла, сина Урії Гурієнка, із колїна Юдиного.

31

and he has filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

31

І сповнив його духом Божим на мудрощі, і розуміннє, і знаннє, і на всяке ремество,

32

and to devise artistic things: to work in gold, and in silver, and in copper,

32

Щоб майстерне видумувати та вироблювати із золота й срібла і мідї,

33

and in cutting of stones, for setting, and in carving of wood, to execute all artistic work;

33

І вирізувати каміннє до встявлювання, і вирізувати з дерева, робити всяку штучну роботу;

34

and he has put in his heart to teach, he and Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan:

34

І вложив йому в серце навчати, йому й Оголїябові Ахисамашенкові, з роду Данового.

35

he has filled them with wisdom of heart, to work all manner of work of the engraver, and of the artificer, and of the embroiderer, in blue, and in purple, in scarlet, and in byssus, and of the weaver, [even] of them that do every kind of work, and of those that devise artistic work

Сповнив їх серце мудрощами до вироблювання всякої роботи різьбяра і майстерного ткача і гаптяря, по блавату і по пурпуру і по кармазину, і по тонкому полотну, і ткача: всїх тих, що всяку роботу вироблюють і штучні речі видумують.
