Hoffnung für Alle
Alle Israeliten zogen nach Gilgal. Feierlich krönten sie Saul in der Gegenwart des HERRN zum König. Anschließend feierten sie ein großes Fest. Als Zeichen ihrer Freude brachten sie dem HERRN viele Friedensopfer dar.

Da ging alles Volk gen Gilgal und machten daselbst Saul zum König vor dem HERRN zu Gilgal und opferten Dankopfer vor dem HERRN. Und Saul samt allen Männern Israels freuten sich daselbst gar sehr.

Da ging das ganze Volk nach Gilgal. Sie machten dort in Gilgal Saul vor dem HERRN zum König, schlachteten dem HERRN Heilsopfer und Saul und alle Männer Israels waren voll Freude.
