Где же теперь логово льва? Здесь жили лев и львица, и здесь выкармливали они своих детёнышей, ничего не боясь.
The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lionesses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with ravin.
Лев убил много людей, чтобы насытить своих львят, и задушил много жертв для своей львицы, наполняя пещеры и логовища убитыми жертвами.
