Jesus the True Vine
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
"Я — истинная виноградная Лоза, а Отец мой — Виноградарь.
Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
Он срезает те побеги Мои, которые не плодоносят, очищает и подрезает те, которые плодоносят, чтобы они приносили ещё больше плодов.
Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
Пребудьте же во Мне, а Я пребуду в вас. Подобно тому, как побег не может плодоносить сам по себе, если его отделить от виноградной лозы, так и вы не сможете плодоносить отдельно от Меня.
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Я — виноградная Лоза, а вы — ветви. Кто пребудет во Мне, и в ком пребуду Я, будет обильно плодоносить, но без Меня вы ничего не сможете сделать.
If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
Тот же, кто не пребудет во Мне, уподобится ветви, которая отброшена и засыхает. Такие ветви подбирают, бросают в огонь и сжигают.
If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
Если вы пребудете во Мне и Моё учение пребудет в вас, то просите, что пожелаете, и дано будет вам.
Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
Ибо Отец Мой обретает славу, если вы плодоносите обильно и становитесь Моими учениками.
As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.
Как Отец Мой возлюбил Меня, так и Я возлюбил вас: пребудьте же в Моей любви.
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
Если будете следовать Моим заповедям, то и в любви Моей пребудете, как Я следовал заповедям Отца Моего и пребываю в Его любви.
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
Я рассказал вам это, чтобы ликование Моё осталось с вами и чтобы ваше ликование было полно.
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

Greater Love has No One than This
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
Вы Мои друзья, и если дальше будете исполнять то, что Я заповедаю вам,
Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.
Я не стану больше называть вас слугами, ибо слуге неведомо, что делает его хозяин. Я назвал вас друзьями, ибо рассказал вам обо всём, что узнал от Отца Моего.
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
Не вы избрали Меня, а Я избрал вас Сам и дал вам работу: так идите и плодоносите. Желание Моё в том, чтобы плоды эти были вечны: тогда Отец Мой даст вам всё, что попросите от Моего имени.
These things I command you, that ye love one another.
Вот что Я заповедую вам: любите друг друга".
The Hatred of the World
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
"Если мир возненавидит вас, помните, что он возненавидел Меня прежде вас.
If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Если бы вы были от мира, то он любил бы вас, как своих. Но вы не от мира, ибо Я избрал вас среди других, принадлежащих к нему, и потому мир ненавидит вас.
Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
Помните, что Я сказал вам: Раб не выше своего хозяина. Кто преследует Меня, станет преследовать и вас. Тот же, кто слушал Мои поучения, будет и вас слушаться.
But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
Люди будут поступать с вами так ради Меня, ибо они не знают Пославшего Меня.
If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.
Если бы Я не пришёл и не стал говорить с ними, то они бы не были повинны в грехе: теперь же их греху нет извинения.
If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
Если бы Я не свершил среди них всех этих деяний, которые никто до Меня не свершал, то они не были бы повинны в грехе, а теперь они видели все Мои свершения, и всё же ненавидят Меня и Отца Моего.
But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
Но всё это произошло лишь для того, чтобы исполнилось записанное в их законе: "Они возненавидели Меня без причины".
But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:
Я пришлю вам от Отца Утешителя, Духа истины, который исходит от Отца, и Он будет свидетельствовать обо Мне.
