  • The Lord detests dishonest scales,
    but accurate weights find favor with him.
  • The Folly of Wickedness

    Dishonest[a] scales are an abomination to the Lord,
    But a [b]just weight is His delight.
  • When pride comes, then comes disgrace,
    but with humility comes wisdom.
  • When pride comes, then comes shame;
    But with the humble is wisdom.

    but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.
