Nur die Kulthöhen verschwanden nicht. Doch das Herz Asas war ungeteilt beim HERRN, solange er lebte.

Aber die Höhen taten sie nicht ab. Doch war das Herz Asas rechtschaffen an dem HERRN sein Leben lang.

Zwar blieben die Opferstätten auch unter Asas Herrschaft bestehen, aber sonst diente er dem HERRN von ganzem Herzen, solange er lebte.
