Lasst euch von Hiskia nicht an der Nase herumführen, wenn er behauptet: ›Der HERR wird uns helfen!‹ Haben etwa die Götter anderer Völker sie vor mir retten können?

Laßt euch Hiskia nicht bereden, daß er sagt: Der HERR wird uns erlösen. Haben auch der Heiden Götter ein jeglicher sein Land errettet von der Hand des Königs von Assyrien?

Hiskija verführe euch nicht, wenn er sagt: Der HERR wird uns retten. Hat denn einer von den Göttern der Nationen sein Land vor dem König von Assur gerettet?
