Overcoming the World
Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and whoever loves the Father loves the child born of Him.
Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and whoever loves the Father loves the child born of Him.
А то, что мы любим Божьих детей, узнаем из того, что любим Бога и исполняем Его повеления.
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments.
Любовь к Богу проявляется в исполнении Его повелений. Повеления Его необременительны,
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome.
потому что тот, кто рожден от Бога, побеждает мир, и эта победа одержана благодаря нашей с вами вере.
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world — our faith.
Кто же побеждает мир, как не тот, кто верит, что Иисус — Сын Божий?
Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
Иисус Христос пришел через воду и кровь.12 Он пришел не только через воду, но через воду и кровь. И свидетель этому — Дух, потому что Дух есть истина.
This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.
Дух, вода и кровь — и все они свидетельствуют об одном.13
the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement.
Если мы верим свидетельству людей, то свидетельство Бога намного сильнее, потому что это свидетельство Бога: Он засвидетельствовал о Своем Сыне.
If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that He has testified concerning His Son.
Кто верит в Божьего Сына, у того это свидетельство в нем самом, а кто не верит Богу, тот представляет Бога лжецом, потому что он не верит тому, что Бог говорит о Своем Сыне.
The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself; the one who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning His Son.
Вот это свидетельство: Бог дал нам вечную жизнь, и жизнь эта — в Его Сыне.
And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
У кого есть Сын, у того есть жизнь, а у кого нет Сына, у того нет и жизни.
He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life.
Я написал это вам, верящим во имя Божьего Сына, чтобы вы знали, что у вас есть вечная жизнь.
This Is Written That You May Know
These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.
Мы приходим к Богу с полной уверенностью в том, что если просим Его о чем-либо в согласии с Его волей, то Он нас слышит.
This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
И если мы знаем, что Он слышит нас, о чем бы мы ни просили, то знаем, что имеем то, что просим у Него.
And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.
Когда вы видите своего брата согрешающим, и если этот грех не ведет к смерти, то молитесь об этом брате, и Бог даст ему жизнь. Я говорю здесь о таких грехах, которые не ведут к смерти.14 Есть грех, последствием которого может быть только смерть, и я не говорю вам молиться о грешнике, виновном в таком грехе.
If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask and God will for him give life to those who commit sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death; I do not say that he should make request for this.
Всякий неправедный поступок — грех, но не все грехи влекут за собой смерть.15
All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not leading to death.
Мы знаем, что всякий рожденный от Бога не любит грешить. Рожденный от Бога хранит себя,16 и лукавый17 не прикасается к такому человеку.
We know that no one who is born of God sins; but He who was born of God keeps him, and the evil one does not touch him.
Мы знаем, что мы от Бога, а весь мир лежит во власти лукавого.
We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.
Мы знаем и то, что Сын Божий пришел и открыл нам разум, чтобы мы познали Того, Кто истинен. И мы в Том, Кто истинен — в Его Сыне Иисусе Христе. Он — истинный Бог и вечная жизнь!
And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.
