Нехай пошукають в лїтописній книзї батьків твоїх, а знайдеш в тій лїтописї, й довідаєшся, що се місто — місто бурливе й шкідливе для царів та країв, і що воно одпадало з давнїх-давен, за що се місто й спустошено.

Нехай пошукають у літописній книзі твоїх батьків, і ти знайдеш у тій книзі літописній і довідаєшся, що це місто — місто бунтівниче й шкідливе царям та краям, і що в ньому з давніх-давен чиняться бунти, за що й зруйновано те місто.

щоб пошукали в книзі споминів батьків твоїх, і ти зна́йдеш у книзі споминів, і знатимеш, що місто це — місто бунтівни́че та шкідли́ве царям та окру́гам, і що в ньому підійма́ли бунт від праві́ку, чому́ місто це було зруйно́ване.
