The Adultery of Oholah and Aholibah
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
"Сын человеческий, послушай историю о Самарии и Иерусалиме. Были две сестры, две дочери одной матери.
Son of man, there were two women, daughters of one mother.
Блудницами в Египте они стали ещё молодыми. В Египте они впервые позволили мужчинам дотронуться до своих сосков и сжимать их юные груди.
And they committed whoredom in Egypt; they committed whoredom in their youth: there were their breasts pressed, and there were handled the teats of their virginity.
Старшую звали Огола, младшую — Оголива. Эти сестры стали мне жёнами и рожали наших детей. (Огола — это Самария, Оголива — Иерусалим. )
And their names were Oholah the elder, and Oholibah her sister; and they were mine, and they bore sons and daughters. As for their names: Samaria is Oholah, and Jerusalem Oholibah.
Затем Огола стала мне изменять и жить как блудница, она возжелала любовников.
And Oholah played the harlot when she was mine; and she lusted after her lovers, after the Assyrians [her] neighbours,
Она увидела ассирийских солдат в их голубой форме и возжелала каждого юношу, скачущего на коне, — это были предводители и командиры.
clothed with blue, governors and rulers, all of them attractive young men, horsemen riding upon horses.
И Огола отдалась этим юношам, которые были отборными солдатами ассирийской армии, и она возжелала их всех, и осквернила себя с их грязнымы идолами.
And she bestowed her whoredoms upon them, all of them the choice of the children of Asshur; and with all after whom she lusted, with all their idols she defiled herself.
Она не прекращала своего блуда с того времени, когда она была в Египте. В Египте мужчины имели любовные связи с ней, когда она была совсем молодой, и трогали её юные груди. Они излили на неё свою похоть.
Neither left she her whoredoms [brought] from Egypt; for in her youth they had lain with her, and had handled the breasts of her virginity, and poured their fornication upon her.
И Я отдал её в руки её любовников. Она хотела Ассирию, и Я отдал её Ассирии.
Therefore I gave her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the children of Asshur, after whom she lusted.
Они раздели её догола. Они забрали её детей. Они убили её. Женщины говорили о ней, когда она была наказана.
These discovered her nakedness, they took her sons and her daughters, and slew her with the sword; and she became a name among women; and they executed judgment upon her.
Её молодая сестра Оголива видела всё, что случилось, но превзошла свою сестру в грехах, она была более неверной, чем Огола.
And her sister Oholibah saw [this], and was more corrupt in her passion than she, and in her fornications more than the whoredoms of her sister.
Она возжелала ассирийских предводителей и командиров, возжелала молодых солдат в изящной форме, скачущих на конях. Она их всех возжелала.
She lusted after the children of Asshur [her] neighbours, governors and rulers, clothed most gorgeously, horsemen riding upon horses, all of them attractive young men.
Я видел, что одна и другая сестра губят свою жизнь одинаково.
And I saw that she was defiled: both took one way.
Оголива оставалась неверной Мне. В Вавилоне она увидела резные изображения мужчин, сделанные халдеями, носящими красную форму.
And she increased her fornications; for she saw men portrayed upon the wall, the images of the Chaldeans portrayed with vermilion,
Они носили ремни на поясе и высокие тюрбаны на голове, все они выглядели военачальниками, возницами колесниц, урождёнными вавилонцами.
girded with girdles upon their loins, with flowing turbans on their heads, all of them captains in appearance, [after] the likeness of the children of Babylon, of Chaldea, the land of their nativity.
И Оголива возжелал их всех. Она отправила послов к Вавилонцам.
And as soon as she saw them with her eyes, she lusted after them, and sent messengers unto them into Chaldea.
И эти мужчины пришли на её любовное ложе и блудили с нею. Они настолько осквернили её, что она сама от них отвернулась.
And the children of Babylon came to her into the bed of love, and they defiled her with their fornication; she too defiled herself with them, and her soul was alienated from them.
Оголива не скрывала ни перед кем своей неверности, она позволяла многим мужчинам наслаждаться своим нагим телом, и Мне стала она неприятна, как и её сестра.
And she discovered her whoredoms, and discovered her nakedness; and my soul was alienated from her, like as my soul was alienated from her sister.
Вновь и вновь она проявляла неверность и затем вспомнила молодые годы свои, когда она блудодействовала в Египте.
Yet she multiplied her whoredoms, calling to remembrance the days of her youth, wherein she played the harlot in the land of Egypt;
Она хотела своих любовников с плотью, как у осла, и с похотью, как у коня.
and she lusted after their paramours, whose flesh is [as] the flesh of asses, and whose issue is [as] the issue of horses.
Оголива, ты вспомнила времена своей молодости, когда твой любовник трогал твои соски и сжимал твои юные груди.
And thou didst look back to the lewdness of thy youth, in the handling of thy teats by the Egyptians, for the breasts of thy youth.
Поэтому, Оголива, Господь говорит: "Тебе надоели твои любовники, но Я приведу их сюда, они окружат тебя.
Aholibah to Be Plagued
Therefore, Oholibah, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy soul is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every side.
Therefore, Oholibah, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will raise up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy soul is alienated, and I will bring them against thee on every side.
Я их всех приведу — из Вавилона и Халдеи, из Пехода, Шоа и Коа, приведу всех из Ассирии, всех желанных тобой предводителей и командоров, всех отборных солдат, скачущих на конях.
The children of Babylon, and all the Chaldeans, Pekod and Shoa and Koa, all the children of Asshur with them; all of them attractive young men, governors and rulers, great lords and renowned, all of them riding upon horses.
Эта толпа мужчин придёт к тебе, они будут на своих конях и колесницах, их будет много, они будут с копьями, щитами и в шлемах. Они соберутся вокруг тебя, и Я скажу им о твоём прелюбодействе, и они накажут тебя по своему усмотрению.
And they shall come against thee [with] armour, chariots and wheels, and with an assemblage of peoples; they shall set themselves against thee [with] target, and shield, and helmet round about; and I will put judgment before them, and they shall judge thee according to their judgments.
Я покажу тебе ревность Мою, они будут разгневаны и причинят тебе боль, они отрежут тебе уши и нос. Твои выжившие будут убиты мечом. Потом они возьмут детей твоих и всё, что от тебя останется, сожгут.
And I will set my jealousy against thee, and they shall deal furiously with thee: they shall cut off thy nose and thine ears, and thy remnant shall fall by the sword; they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire.
Они заберут твои красивые одежды и драгоценности твои.
They shall also strip the of thy garments, and take away thy fair jewels.
И Я пресеку твои мечты о блудодействе с тех времён, когда ты была в Египте. Ты больше никогда не будешь искать их или снова вспоминать о Египте".
And I will make thy lewdness to cease from thee, and thy whoredom [brought] from the land of Egypt; and thou shalt not lift up thine eyes unto them, nor remember Egypt any more.
Господь Всемогущий так говорит: "Я отдаю тебя тем, кого ты ненавидишь, кто тебе стал неприятен.
For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will give thee over into the hand of them whom thou hatest, into the hand of them from whom thy soul is alienated.
И они покажут тебе всё своё презрение, они заберут всё, что ты нажила трудом, и оставят тебя нагой. Люди увидят твои грехи и поймут, что ты вела себя, как блудница, и мечты твои были греховны.
And they shall deal with thee in hatred, and shall take away all thy labour, and shall leave thee naked and bare; so that the nakedness of thy whoredoms shall be discovered, both thy lewdness and thy fornications.
Ты сама всё это сделала, когда оставила Меня ради других народов, ты осквернилась, когда начала поклоняться грязным их идолам.
These things shall be done unto thee, because thou hast gone a whoring after the nations, because thou hast defiled thyself with their idols.
Ты следовала за своею сестрой и жила, как она. Поэтому, Я заставлю тебя взять её чашу наказания.
Thou hast walked in the way of thy sister; and I have given her cup into thy hand.
Господь Всемогущий говорит так: Ты выпьешь чашу яда наказание своей сестры, она и глубока, и широка, в ней много яда, народ смеяться будет над тобой.
Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou shalt drink of thy sister's cup deep and large; thou shalt be for a laughing-stock and a derision, [for] it containeth much.
Ты будешь словно пьяная шататься, голова твоя кружиться будет. Та чаша разрушения и смерти, которую твоя сестра, Самария, испила.
Thou shalt be filled with drunkenness and sorrow, with the cup of astonishment and desolation, the cup of thy sister Samaria;
Ты выпьешь яд до дна, ты чашу бросишь, и разобьётся на куски она. Ты будешь грудь свою терзать от боли. Всё будет так, как Я — Господь, сказал.
thou shalt even drink it and suck it out, and thou shalt gnaw the sherds thereof, and pluck off thine own breasts: for I have spoken [it], saith the Lord Jehovah.
Поэтому Господь Всемогущий сказал: "Иерусалим, ты забыл обо Мне, ты оставил Меня в стороне, ты будешь страдать за то, что оставил Меня и жил во блуде. Ты должен пострадать за своё зло и блудодейство".
Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thou hast forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore bear thou also thy lewdness and thy fornications.
Господь Всемогущий сказал мне: "Сын человеческий, будешь ли ты судить Оголу и Оголиву? Скажи им обо всём ужасном, что сделали они.
Judgment on Both Sisters
And Jehovah said unto me, Son of man, wilt thou judge Oholah and Oholibah? yea, declare unto them their abominations.
And Jehovah said unto me, Son of man, wilt thou judge Oholah and Oholibah? yea, declare unto them their abominations.
Они изменили Мне, чтобы быть с грязными идолами, они виновны в убийстве. У них были дети Мои, но они провели их через огонь, чтобы накормить своих грязных идолов.
For they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands; and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also passed over unto them their children, whom they bore unto me, to be devoured.
Они недостойно обходились и с Моими субботами, и с Моим святым местом.
Moreover this have they done unto me: in the same day have they defiled my sanctuary and profaned my sabbaths.
Они убили своих детей ради идолов, а затем осквернили Моё святое место. Они грешили в Моём храме.
For when they had slaughtered their children unto their idols, they came the same day into my sanctuary to profane it; and behold, thus have they done in the midst of my house.
Они послали за мужчинами из далёких мест, послали гонца к ним, и люди эти пришли. Ты вымылась для них, подвела глаза и надела драгоценности.
And furthermore, they sent for men to come from far, unto whom a messenger was sent; and behold, they came: for whom thou didst wash thyself, paintedst thine eyes, and deckedst thyself with ornaments;
Ты сидела на великолепном ложе, перед которым стоял стол, где стояли Мои масла и благовония.
and satest upon a stately bed, with a table prepared before it, whereupon thou hadst set mine incense and mine oil.
Шум в Иерусалиме был похож на толпу людей во время пира. Много людей пришло на пир этот, много было среди них пришедших из пустыни. Они дали женщинам браслеты и прекрасные венцы.
And the voice of a multitude living carelessly was with her; and with people of the common sort were brought Sabeans from the wilderness, and they put bracelets upon their hands, and a beautiful crown upon their heads.
Я говорил с одной из женщин, истощённой своим блудодейством. Я сказал: "Неужели они и дальше будут продолжать блудодейство?"
And I said of her that was old in adulteries, Will she now commit her fornications, even she.
Но они шли к ней и дальше, как идут к блуднице, они снова и снова шли к Оголе и Оголиве, этим греховным жёнам.
And they went in unto her, as they go in unto a whorish woman: so went they in unto Oholah and unto Oholibah the lewd women.
Но праведные мужчины осудят тех женщин. Они скажут, что они виноваты в прелюбодействе и в убийстве, ибо Огола и Оголива прелюбодейки, и кровь убитых ими людей всё ещё у них на руках".
And righteous men, they shall judge them with the judgment of adulteresses, and with the judgment of women that shed blood; for they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.
Господь Всемогущий сказал: "Собери людей вместе и позволь им наказать Оголу и Оголиву, пусть накажут они их и посмеются над ними.
For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will bring up an assemblage against them, and will give them to be driven hither and thither and spoiled.
Потом толпа забьёт их камнями, посечёт своими мечами, убьёт детей этих женщин и сожжёт их дома.
And the assemblage shall stone them with stones, and despatch them with their swords; they shall kill their sons and their daughters, and burn their houses with fire.
Так Я прекращу позор этой страны, и все другие женщины выучат урок и не будут вести себя, как блудницы.
And I will cause lewdness to cease out of the land, and all women shall receive instruction and shall not do according to your lewdness.
