розцвіта́ючи, буде цвісти́ та радіти, буде втіха також та співа́ння, бо да́на йому буде слава Лівану, пишно́та Карме́лу й Саро́ну, — вони бачитимуть славу Господа, велич нашого Бога!
It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice even with joy and shouting: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of Jehovah, the excellency of our God.
Зміцніть руки охля́лі, і підкріпіть спотикли́ві коліна!
Strengthen the weak hands and confirm the tottering knees.
Скажіть тим, що вони боязли́вого серця: „Будьте міцні́, не лякайтесь! Ось ваш Бог, помста при́йде, як Божа відплата, — Він при́йде й спасе вас!
Say to them that are of a timid heart, Be strong, fear not; behold your God: vengeance cometh, the recompense of God! He will come himself, and save you.
Тоді то розплю́щаться очі сліпим і відчи́няться ву́ха глухи́м,
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf be unstopped;
тоді буде скакати криви́й, немов о́лень, і буде співати безмо́вний язик, бо во́ди в пустині заб'ють джерело́м, і потоки в степу́!
then shall the lame [man] leap as a hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and torrents in the desert.
І місце сухе стане ста́вом, а спра́гнений край — збірнико́м вод джере́льних; легови́ще шакалів, в якім спочивали, стане місцем трости́ни й папі́русу.
And the mirage shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of wild dogs, where they lay down, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
І буде там бита дорога та путь, і будуть її називати: дорога свята, — не ходитиме нею нечистий, і вона буде належати наро́дові його; не заблу́дить також нерозумний, як буде тією дорогою йти.
And a highway shall be there and a way, and it shall be called, The way of holiness: the unclean shall not pass through it; but it shall be for these. Those that go [this] way -- even fools, -- shall not err [therein].
Не буде там лева, і дика звіри́на не піде на неї, не зна́йдеться там, а будуть ходити лиш ви́куплені.
No lion shall be there, nor shall ravenous beast go up thereon, nor be found there; but the redeemed shall walk [there].
І Господні вику́пленні ве́рнуться та до Сіону зо співом уві́йдуть, і радість дові́чна на їхній голові! Веселість та радість ося́гнуть вони, а журба та зідха́ння втечуть!
And the ransomed of Jehovah shall return, and come to Zion with singing; and everlasting joy shall be upon their heads: they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
