Rules concerning Valuations
Again, the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
Again, the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
„Промовляй до Ізраїлевих синів та й скажеш їм: Коли хто складає обі́тницю Богові за твоєю оці́нкою душ для Господа,
“Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When a man makes a difficult vow, he shall be valued according to your valuation of persons belonging to the LORD.
то буде твоя оці́нка: чоловіка від віку двадцяти́ літ і аж до віку шости́десяти літ, — і буде твоя оці́нка п'ятдеся́т ше́клів срібла на міру ше́клем святині;
‘If your valuation is of the male from twenty years even to sixty years old, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
а якщо жінка вона, то буде твоя оці́нка тридцять шеклів.
‘Or if it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
А якщо від віку п'яти літ і до віку двадцяти літ, то буде твоя оці́нка: чоловіка — двадцять шеклів, а для жінки — десять шеклів.
‘If it be from five years even to twenty years old then your valuation for the male shall be twenty shekels and for the female ten shekels.
А якщо від віку місяця й аж до віку п'яти літ, то буде твоя оці́нка: чоловіка — п'ять шеклів срібла, а для жінки твоя оцінка — три шеклі срібла.
‘But if they are from a month even up to five years old, then your valuation shall be five shekels of silver for the male, and for the female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
А якщо від віку шостидесяти літ і вище: якщо чоловік, то буде твоя оці́нка п'ятна́дцять шеклів, а для жінки — десять шеклів.
‘If they are from sixty years old and upward, if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
А якщо він обіднілий проти твоєї оцінки, то поставить його перед священиком, і священик оціну́є його, — за тим, що спроможна рука того, хто обіцяв, оціну́є його священик.
‘But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be placed before the priest and the priest shall value him; according to the means of the one who vowed, the priest shall value him.
А якщо буде худоба, що з неї прино́сять жертву для Господа, — усе, що дається із неї для Господа, буде святощами.
‘Now if it is an animal of the kind which men can present as an offering to the LORD, any such that one gives to the LORD shall be holy.
Не вільно обміняти її, ані заступити її, добру — злою, або злу — доброю; а якщо справді заступить худобу худобою, то буде вона та засту́пство її — буде святощами.
‘He shall not replace it or exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; or if he does exchange animal for animal, then both it and its substitute shall become holy.
А якщо та всяка худоба нечиста, що з неї не приносять жертов для Господа, то він поставить ту худобу перед священиком,
‘If, however, it is any unclean animal of the kind which men do not present as an offering to the LORD, then he shall place the animal before the priest.
і священик оціну́є її чи то добре, чи недобре. Як оціну́є священик, так нехай буде.
‘The priest shall value it as either good or bad; as you, the priest, value it, so it shall be.
А якщо він справді викупить її, то додасть п'яту частину її над оці́нку твою́.
‘But if he should ever wish to redeem it, then he shall add one-fifth of it to your valuation.
А коли хто посвятить дім свій на святість для Господа, то священик оціну́є його чи то добре, чи недобре. Як оціну́є його священик, так стане.
‘Now if a man consecrates his house as holy to the LORD, then the priest shall value it as either good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.
А якщо той, хто посвячує, викупить свого дома, то додасть п'яту частину срібла твоєї оцінки над нього, — і буде його.
‘Yet if the one who consecrates it should wish to redeem his house, then he shall add one-fifth of your valuation price to it, so that it may be his.
А якщо хтось посвятить Господе́ві з поля своєї посілости, то буде оці́нка твоя посівом його, — по́сів хомера ячме́ню за п'ятдеся́т шеклів срібла.
‘Again, if a man consecrates to the LORD part of the fields of his own property, then your valuation shall be proportionate to the seed needed for it: a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.
Якщо він посвятить своє поле від ювілейного року, то воно стане за оці́нкою твоєю.
‘If he consecrates his field as of the year of jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
А якщо посвятить поле своє по ювілеї, то священик облічить йому те срібло за роками, позосталими до ювілейного року, і те буде відняте від оці́нки твоєї.
‘If he consecrates his field after the jubilee, however, then the priest shall calculate the price for him proportionate to the years that are left until the year of jubilee; and it shall be deducted from your valuation.
А якщо справді викупить те поле той, хто посвячує його, то додасть п'яту частину срібла оці́нки над нього, — і стане воно його.
‘If the one who consecrates it should ever wish to redeem the field, then he shall add one-fifth of your valuation price to it, so that it may pass to him.
А якщо він не викупить поля того, і якщо він продасть те поле кому іншому, то вже не буде воно ви́куплене.
‘Yet if he will not redeem the field, but has sold the field to another man, it may no longer be redeemed;
І буде те поле, коли воно вийде в ювілеї, святість для Господа, як поле закля́ття, — для священика буде посілість ним.
and when it reverts in the jubilee, the field shall be holy to the LORD, like a field set apart; it shall be for the priest as his property.
А якщо він посвятить Господе́ві поле купі́влі своєї, що не з поля посілости його,
‘Or if he consecrates to the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not a part of the field of his own property,
то священик облічить йому суму твоєї оцінки аж до ювілейного року, і дасть твою оцінку того дня, як святість для Господа.
then the priest shall calculate for him the amount of your valuation up to the year of jubilee; and he shall on that day give your valuation as holy to the LORD.
В ювілейному році ве́рнеться те поле до того, від кого купив його, що його посілість тієї землі.
‘In the year of jubilee the field shall return to the one from whom he bought it, to whom the possession of the land belongs.
А вся оці́нка твоя буде ше́клем святині, — двадцять ґер буде ше́кель.
‘Every valuation of yours, moreover, shall be after the shekel of the sanctuary. The shekel shall be twenty gerahs.
Тільки перворі́дного в худобі, що визнане, як перворі́дне для Господа, ніхто не посвятить його, — чи то віл, чи то овечка, — Господе́ві воно!
‘However, a firstborn among animals, which as a firstborn belongs to the LORD, no man may consecrate it; whether ox or sheep, it is the LORD’S.
А якщо в худобі нечистій, то викупить за твоєю оцінкою, і додасть п'яту частину над нього. А якщо не буде ви́куплене, то буде про́дане за оці́нкою твоєю.
‘But if it is among the unclean animals, then he shall redeem it according to your valuation and add to it one-fifth of it; and if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.
Тільки ко́жне закля́ття, що люди́на заклене́ Господе́ві зо всього, що його, — від люди́ни, і худоби, і від поля його посілости, не буде про́дане й не буде ви́куплене, — воно найсвятіше для Господа.
‘Nevertheless, anything which a man sets apart to the LORD out of all that he has, of man or animal or of the fields of his own property, shall not be sold or redeemed. Anything devoted to destruction is most holy to the LORD.
Ко́жне закля́ття, що буде оголошене за закляття з-посеред людей, не буде ви́куплене, — буде конче забите.
‘No one who may have been set apart among men shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.
А всяка десятина з землі, з насіння землі, з пло́ду дерева, — Господе́ві воно, святощі для Господа!
‘Thus all the tithe of the land, of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’S; it is holy to the LORD.
А якщо дійсно викупить хтось свою десятину, — той додасть п'яту частину її над неї.
‘If, therefore, a man wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he shall add to it one-fifth of it.
А всяка десятина худоби великої та худоби дрібної, усе, що пере́йде під палицею, — десяте буде святість для Господа.
‘For every tenth part of herd or flock, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the LORD.
Не буде перебирати між добрим та злим, і не замінить його. А якщо справді заступить його, то буде воно та засту́пство його, — буде святість, не буде ви́куплене“.
‘He is not to be concerned whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; or if he does exchange it, then both it and its substitute shall become holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”
