І вийшов Мойсей із моа́вських степі́в на го́ру Нево́, на верхів'я Пісґі́, що навпроти Єрихо́ну, а Госпо́дь дав йому побачити ввесь край: Ґілеа́д аж до Да́ну,
The Death of Moses
And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the LORD shewed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,

і ввесь Нефтали́м, і край Єфрема та Манасії, і ввесь край Юди аж до Оста́ннього моря,
And all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea,
і пі́вдень, і рівнину долини Єрихо́ну, пальмового міста аж до Цоару.
And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar.
І сказав Господь до нього: „Оце той край, що Я присягнув Авраамові, Ісакові та Якову, говорячи: Насінню твоєму Я дам його. Я вчинив, що ти бачиш його власними очима, та туди не пере́йдеш“.
And the LORD said unto him, This is the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.
І впоко́ївся там Мойсей, Господній раб, у моавському кра́ї на при́каз Господа.
So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.
І похова́ний він у долині в моавському кра́ї навпроти Бет-Пеору, і ніхто не знає гро́бу його аж до цього дня.
And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Bethpeor: but no man knoweth of his sepulchre unto this day.
А Мойсей був віку ста й двадцяти́ літ, коли він помер, та не зате́мнилось око його, і воло́гість його не зменшилась.
And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
І оплакували Мойсея Ізраїлеві сини в моавських степа́х тридцять день, та й покінчи́лися дні опла́кування жало́би за Мойсеєм.
And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
А Ісус, син Нави́нів, був повний духа мудрости, бо Мойсей поклав свої руки на нього. І слухали його Ізраїлеві сини, і робили, як Господь наказав був Мойсеєві.
And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.
І не появився вже в Ізраїлі пророк, як Мойсей, що знав його Господь обличчя-в-обличчя,
And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
щодо всіх ознак та чуд, що Господь послав його чинити в єгипетськім кра́ї фараонові й усім рабам його та всьому його краєві,
In all the signs and the wonders, which the LORD sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
