Yet she became an exile;
she went into captivity;
her infants were dashed in pieces
at the head of every street;
for her honored men lots were cast,
and all her great men were bound in chains.

Yet was she carried away, she went into captivity: her young children also were dashed in pieces at the top of all the streets: and they cast lots for her honourable men, and all her great men were bound in chains.

Trotzdem wurden ihre Einwohner in die Verbannung verschleppt und kleine Kinder auf der Straße zerschmettert; man teilte die führenden Männer durch das Los unter sich auf und führte sie in Ketten ab.

Doch auch No-Amon musste in die Verbannung, zog in die Gefangenschaft. Auch seine Kinder wurden zerschmettert an den Ecken aller Gassen und über seine Vornehmen warf man das Los. Alle seine Großen wurden in Fesseln gelegt.
