“For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day you shall have a holy day, a sabbath of complete rest to the LORD; whoever does any work on it shall be put to death.
Am Sabbat sollt ihr in keiner eurer Wohnstätten Feuer anzünden.
“You shall not kindle a fire in any of your dwellings on the sabbath day.”
Mose sagte zur ganzen Gemeinde der Israeliten: Der HERR hat Folgendes befohlen:
Moses spoke to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded, saying,
Erhebt von euch eine Abgabe für den HERRN! Jeder, den sein Herz dazu bewegt, soll eine Abgabe für den HERRN bringen: Gold, Silber, Kupfer,
‘Take from among you a contribution to the LORD; whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as the LORD’S contribution: gold, silver, and bronze,
violetten und roten Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus, Ziegenhaare,
and blue, purple and scarlet material, fine linen, goats’ hair,
rötliche Widderfelle, Tahaschhäute und Akazienholz,
and rams’ skins dyed red, and porpoise skins, and acacia wood,
Öl für den Leuchter, Balsam für das Salböl und für das duftende Räucherwerk,
and oil for lighting, and spices for the anointing oil, and for the fragrant incense,
Karneolsteine und Ziersteine für Efod und Brusttasche.
and onyx stones and setting stones for the ephod and for the breastpiece.
Alle Sachkundigen unter euch sollen kommen und alles anfertigen, was der HERR angeordnet hat:
Tabernacle Workmen
‘Let every skillful man among you come, and make all that the LORD has commanded:
die Wohnung, ihr Zelt und seine Decke, seine Haken, Bretter, Querlatten, Säulen und Sockel,
the tabernacle, its tent and its covering, its hooks and its boards, its bars, its pillars, and its sockets;
die Lade und ihre Stangen, die Sühneplatte und den verhüllenden Vorhang,
the ark and its poles, the mercy seat, and the curtain of the screen;
den Tisch, seine Stangen, alle seine Geräte und die Schaubrote,
the table and its poles, and all its utensils, and the bread of the Presence;
den Leuchter mit seinen Geräten und Lampen sowie das Öl für den Leuchter,
the lampstand also for the light and its utensils and its lamps and the oil for the light;
den Räucheraltar mit seinen Stangen, das Salböl, das duftende Räucherwerk und die Verhüllung des Eingangs für den Eingang der Wohnung,
and the altar of incense and its poles, and the anointing oil and the fragrant incense, and the screen for the doorway at the entrance of the tabernacle;
den Brandopferaltar, sein Gitter aus Kupfer, seine Stangen, all sein Gerät, das Becken und sein Gestell,
the altar of burnt offering with its bronze grating, its poles, and all its utensils, the basin and its stand;
die Behänge des Vorhofs, seine Säulen und Sockel sowie die Verhüllung für das Tor des Vorhofs,
the hangings of the court, its pillars and its sockets, and the screen for the gate of the court;
die Zeltpflöcke der Wohnung und des Vorhofs mit ihren Stricken,
the pegs of the tabernacle and the pegs of the court and their cords;
die gewirkten Gewänder für den Dienst im Heiligtum, die heiligen Gewänder für den Priester Aaron und die Gewänder für seine Söhne zum Priesterdienst.
the woven garments for ministering in the holy place, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, to minister as priests.’”
Da ging die ganze Gemeinde der Israeliten weg von Mose;
Gifts Received
Then all the congregation of the sons of Israel departed from Moses’ presence.
als sie wiederkamen, brachte jeder, den sein Herz bewog, und jeder, den sein Geist dazu antrieb, die Abgabe für den HERRN zur Herstellung des Offenbarungszeltes und für seinen gesamten Dienst und die heiligen Gewänder.
Everyone whose heart stirred him and everyone whose spirit moved him came and brought the LORD’S contribution for the work of the tent of meeting and for all its service and for the holy garments.
Männer und Frauen kamen; alle brachten auf eigenen Antrieb hin Spangen, Nasenreife und Fingerringe, Halsketten, allerlei Goldgegenstände, jeder, der Gold für den HERRN als Weihegabe bringen wollte.
Then all whose hearts moved them, both men and women, came and brought brooches and earrings and signet rings and bracelets, all articles of gold; so did every man who presented an offering of gold to the LORD.
Alle, die etwas an violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin, Byssus, Ziegenhaaren, rötlichen Widderfellen oder Tahaschhäuten bei sich fanden, brachten es.
Every man, who had in his possession blue and purple and scarlet material and fine linen and goats’ hair and rams’ skins dyed red and porpoise skins, brought them.
Alle, die eine Abgabe an Silber oder Kupfer leisten wollten, brachten die Abgabe für den HERRN; alle, die Akazienholz beschaffen konnten, geeignet für jede Bearbeitung, brachten es herbei.
Everyone who could make a contribution of silver and bronze brought the LORD’S contribution; and every man who had in his possession acacia wood for any work of the service brought it.
Alle Frauen, die sich auf Handarbeit verstanden, spannen und brachten das Gesponnene: violetten und roten Purpur, Karmesin und Byssus.
All the skilled women spun with their hands, and brought what they had spun, in blue and purple and scarlet material and in fine linen.
Alle kunstfertigen Frauen, die sich angespornt fühlten, spannen Ziegenhaare.
All the women whose heart stirred with a skill spun the goats’ hair.
Die Sippenhäupter brachten Karneolsteine und Ziersteine für Efod und Brusttasche,
The rulers brought the onyx stones and the stones for setting for the ephod and for the breastpiece;
Balsam und Öl für den Leuchter, für das Salböl und für das duftende Räucherwerk.
and the spice and the oil for the light and for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense.
Alle Männer und Frauen, die ihr Herz dazu trieb, etwas zu irgendeiner Arbeit beizutragen, die der HERR durch Mose anzufertigen befohlen hatte, alle diese Israeliten brachten eine Spende für den HERRN.
The Israelites, all the men and women, whose heart moved them to bring material for all the work, which the LORD had commanded through Moses to be done, brought a freewill offering to the LORD.
Dann sagte Mose zu den Israeliten: Seht, der HERR hat Bezalel, den Sohn Uris, des Sohnes Hurs, vom Stamm Juda, beim Namen gerufen
Then Moses said to the sons of Israel, “See, the LORD has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.
und ihn mit dem Geist Gottes erfüllt, mit Weisheit, Klugheit und Kenntnis für jegliche Arbeit,
“And He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship;
Pläne zu entwerfen und sie in Gold, Silber und Kupfer auszuführen
to make designs for working in gold and in silver and in bronze,
und durch Schneiden und Fassen von Steinen und durch Schnitzen von Holz allerlei Kunstwerke herzustellen.
and in the cutting of stones for settings and in the carving of wood, so as to perform in every inventive work.
Auch hat er ihm und Oholiab, dem Sohn Ahisamachs, vom Stamm Dan, die Gabe verliehen, andere zu lehren.
“He also has put in his heart to teach, both he and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.
Er hat sie erfüllt mit Kunstsinn zum Ausführen jeder Arbeit eines Steinschneiders, eines Kunstwebers und eines Buntwirkers in violettem und rotem Purpur, Karmesin und Byssus sowie eines Webers. Sie können alle Arbeiten ausführen und die Pläne dazu entwerfen.
“He has filled them with skill to perform every work of an engraver and of a designer and of an embroiderer, in blue and in purple and in scarlet material, and in fine linen, and of a weaver, as performers of every work and makers of designs.
