Aus ist es mit dem Speiseopfer, mit dem Trankopfer im Haus des HERRN. Es trauern die Priester, die Diener des HERRN.

Denn das Speisopfer und Trankopfer ist vom Hause des HERRN weg, und die Priester, des HERRN Diener, trauern.

Die Felder sind eine trostlose Wüste, der Boden ist ausgetrocknet. Es gibt kein Getreide, keinen Most und kein Öl mehr, darum können im Tempel keine Speise- und Trankopfer dargebracht werden. Trauer erfüllt die Priester, die Diener des HERRN.
