Danach kam es bei Geser zum Kampf gegen die Philister. In dieser Schlacht tötete Sibbechai, der Huschatiter, den Riesen Saf. Die Philister erlitten eine schwere Niederlage.

Darnach erhob sich ein Streit zu Geser mit den Philistern. Dazumal schlug Sibbechai, der Husathiter, den Sippai, der aus den Kindern der Riesen war, und sie wurden gedemütigt.

Danach kam es bei Geser zum Kampf mit den Philistern. Damals erschlug Sibbechai aus Huscha den Sippai, der zu den Rafaïtern gehörte. Die Philister wurden niedergeworfen.

Philistine Giants Slain
And it came to pass after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Philistines; at which time Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Sippai, that was of the children of the giant: and they were subdued. -
