Er tat, was dem HERRN missfiel, und übernahm die abscheulichen Bräuche der Völker, die der HERR aus dem Land vertrieben hatte, um es seinem Volk Israel zu geben.

und tat, was dem HERRN übel gefiel, nach den Greueln der Heiden, die der HERR vor den Kindern Israel vertrieben hatte,

Er tat, was böse war in den Augen des HERRN, und ahmte die Gräuel der Völker nach, die der HERR vor den Augen der Israeliten vertrieben hatte.
