In diesem Fall muss er mit dem, der ihn gekauft hat, den Rückkaufspreis nach der Anzahl der Jahre berechnen, die zwischen dem Jahr des Kaufs und dem nächsten Erlassjahr liegen. Der Kaufpreis soll mit dem Lohn seiner Dienstjahre verrechnet werden, wobei die Arbeitszeit eines Lohnarbeiters zugrunde gelegt wird.

Und soll mit seinem Käufer rechnen von dem Jahr an, da er sich verkauft hatte, bis aufs Halljahr; und das Geld, darum er sich verkauft hat, soll nach der Zahl der Jahre gerechnet werden, als wäre er die ganze Zeit Tagelöhner bei ihm gewesen.

Er soll mit dem, der ihn gekauft hat, die Jahre zwischen dem Verkaufs- und dem Jubeljahr berechnen; die Summe des Verkaufspreises soll auf die Zahl der Jahre verteilt werden, wobei die verbrachte Zeit wie die eines Lohnarbeiters gilt.
