Jede dieser Gestalten hatte sechs Flügel. Auch die Flügel waren innen und außen voller Augen. Unermüdlich, Tag und Nacht, rufen sie: »Heilig, heilig, heilig ist der Herr, der allmächtige Gott, der schon immer war, der heute da ist und der kommen wird!«
