So erkennet ihr ja, daß kein Wort des HERRN ist auf die Erde gefallen, das der HERR geredet hat wider das Haus Ahab; und der HERR hat getan, wie er geredet hat durch seinen Knecht Elia.

Heute kann jeder von euch sehen: Was der HERR König Ahab und seiner Familie vorausgesagt hat, ist nun eingetroffen! Jede einzelne Drohung hat sich erfüllt. Es ist alles so gekommen, wie der HERR es durch seinen Diener Elia angekündigt hat.«

Erkennt also, dass keine der Drohungen unerfüllt bleibt, die der HERR gegen das Haus Ahab ausgesprochen hat! Der HERR hat das getan, was er durch seinen Knecht Elija verkündet hat.
