Da nahmen sie zwei Wagen mit Rossen, und der König sandte sie dem Heere der Syrer nach und sprach: Ziehet hin und sehet!

Die Pferde wurden vor zwei Streitwagen gespannt. Der König gab den Wagenlenkern den Auftrag, das Versteck der Syrer aufzuspüren.

Man nahm also zwei Wagen mit den Pferden. Der König schickte sie der Streitmacht der Aramäer nach und befahl ihnen: Brecht auf und seht nach!
