Denn unsre Väter haben sich vergriffen und getan, was dem HERRN, unserm Gott, übel gefällt, und haben ihn verlassen; denn sie haben ihr Angesicht von der Wohnung des HERRN gewandt und ihr den Rücken zugekehrt

Unsere Väter haben dem HERRN die Treue gebrochen und ihn verlassen. Sie taten, was dem HERRN, unserem Gott, missfiel. Auch von seinem Tempel wollten sie nichts mehr wissen.

Unsere Väter haben treulos gehandelt und getan, was dem HERRN, unserem Gott, missfällt. Sie haben ihn verlassen und ihre Blicke von der Wohnung des HERRN abgewandt und ihr den Rücken gekehrt.
