Siehe, wir sind heutigestages Knechte, und in dem Lande, das du unsern Vätern gegeben hast, zu essen seine Früchte und Güter, siehe, da sind wir Knechte.

Und heute sind wir Sklaven in dem Land, das du unseren Vorfahren anvertraut hast, damit sie seine Früchte und seinen Reichtum genießen sollten. Wir müssen hier als Sklaven dienen!

Darum sind wir heute Knechte. Du hast unseren Vätern dieses Land gegeben, damit sie seine Früchte und seinen Reichtum genießen; wir aber leben darin als Knechte.
