Nach der Menge der Jahre sollst du den Kauf steigern, und nach der Wenige der Jahre sollst du den Kauf verringern; denn er soll dir’s, nach dem es tragen mag, verkaufen.

Je höher die Anzahl der Ertragsjahre ist, desto höher ist auch der Kaufpreis. Umgekehrt mindert sich der Preis umso mehr, je näher das Erlassjahr kommt. Der Preis des Landes hängt ab von der Zahl der Ernten bis zum nächsten Erlassjahr.

Je höher die Anzahl der Jahre, desto höher berechne den Kaufpreis; je geringer die Anzahl der Jahre, desto weniger verlang von ihm; denn es ist die Zahl von Ernteerträgen, die er dir verkauft.
