Sind noch viel Jahre bis an das Halljahr, so soll er nach denselben desto mehr zu seiner Lösung wiedergeben von dem Gelde darum er gekauft ist.

Wenn es bis zum nächsten Erlassjahr noch viele Jahre sind, muss er für seinen Loskauf einen entsprechend höheren Restanteil des ursprünglichen Kaufpreises zahlen.

Wenn noch viele Jahre abzudienen sind, soll er die ihnen entsprechende Summe als seinen Lösepreis bezahlen.
