So spricht der HERR: Um drei und vier Frevel willen der Stadt Tyrus will ich ihrer nicht schonen, darum daß sie die Gefangenen alle an Edom überantwortet haben und nicht gedacht an den Bund der Brüder;

So spricht der HERR: Die Leute von Tyrus begehen ein abscheuliches Verbrechen nach dem anderen. Sie haben ihren Freundschaftsbund mit Israel gebrochen und die Einwohner ganzer Dörfer an die Edomiter verkauft. Das werde ich nicht ungestraft lassen!

So spricht der HERR: Wegen der drei Verbrechen von Tyrus und wegen der vier nehme ich es nicht zurück: Weil sie Verschleppte scharenweise an Edom auslieferten und nicht mehr an den Bund mit ihren Brüdern dachten,
