And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
Am Ende der Tage wird es geschehen: Der Berg des Hauses des HERRN steht fest gegründet als höchster der Berge; er überragt alle Hügel. Zu ihm strömen alle Nationen.
And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
Viele Völker gehen und sagen: Auf, wir ziehen hinauf zum Berg des HERRN und zum Haus des Gottes Jakobs. Er unterweise uns in seinen Wegen, auf seinen Pfaden wollen wir gehen. Denn vom Zion zieht Weisung aus und das Wort des HERRN von Jerusalem.
And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
Er wird Recht schaffen zwischen den Nationen und viele Völker zurechtweisen. Dann werden sie ihre Schwerter zu Pflugscharen umschmieden und ihre Lanzen zu Winzermessern. Sie erheben nicht das Schwert, Nation gegen Nation, und sie erlernen nicht mehr den Krieg.
O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.
Haus Jakob, auf, wir wollen gehen im Licht des HERRN.
The Day of the Reckoning
Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.

Ja, du hast dein Volk, das Haus Jakob, verstoßen; denn sie wurden angefüllt — von Osten her! Und Wahrsager wie die Philister! Und an Kindern der Fremden hatten sie zur Genüge.
Their land also is full of silver and gold, neither is there any end of their treasures; their land is also full of horses, neither is there any end of their chariots:
Sein Land füllte sich mit Silber und Gold, kein Ende der Schätze. Sein Land füllte sich mit Pferden, kein Ende der Wagen.
Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made:
Sein Land füllte sich mit Götzen. Vor dem Werk ihrer Hände werfen sie sich nieder, vor dem, was ihre Finger gemacht hatten.
And the mean man boweth down, and the great man humbleth himself: therefore forgive them not.
Der Mensch beugte sich und der Mann sank hinunter — vergib ihnen nicht!
Enter into the rock, and hide thee in the dust, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty.
Geh hinein in den Felsen, verbirg dich im Staub vor dem Schrecken des HERRN und vor der Pracht seiner Hoheit!
The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
Die hochmütigen Blicke der Menschen senkten sich und gebeugt wird sein der Stolz der Männer. Aber erhaben wird sein der HERR allein an jenem Tag.
For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:
Denn ein Tag für den HERRN der Heerscharen: über alles Hochfahrende und Stolze und über alles Aufragende — es wird sich senken — ,
And upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,
über alle Zedern des Libanon — die stolzen und die aufragenden, und über alle Terebinthen des Baschan
And upon all the high mountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up,
und über alle stolzen Berge und über alle aufragenden Hügel
And upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall,
und über jeden hohen Turm und über jede feste Mauer
And upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.
und über alle Tarschisch-Schiffe und über alle kostbaren Segler;
And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
und gebeugt werden wird der Hochmut der Menschen und senken wird sich der Stolz der Männer — aber erhaben wird sein der HERR allein — an jenem Tag.
And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
Und sie werden in Felshöhlen und Erdlöcher hineingehen vor dem Schrecken des HERRN und vor der Pracht seiner Hoheit, wenn er aufsteht, um die Erde in Angst zu versetzen.
In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;
An jenem Tag wirft der Mensch seine silbernen und goldenen Götzen, die er sich gemacht hat, um sich niederzuwerfen, den Maulwürfen und Fledermäusen hin;
To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.
und man wird in die Spalten und Höhlen der Felsen gehen vor dem Schrecken des HERRN und vor der Pracht seiner Hoheit, wenn er aufsteht, um die Erde in Angst zu versetzen.
