Gott ist weise, stark und mächtig! Wer hat sich je erfolgreich gegen ihn gestellt?

Selbst wenn ich recht hätte, würde Gott mich zum Geständnis zwingen; ich müsste mich vor ihm für schuldig erklären, auch wenn ich schuldlos wäre.

Fällt ein Land Tyrannen in die Hände und werden alle Richter blind für das Recht, so hat Gott das getan! Wenn nicht er — wer sonst?
