Sein Bogen sitzt sicher; gelenkig sind Arme und Hände. Von den Händen des Starken Jakobs, von dort kommt ein Hirt, Israels Stein,

so bleibt doch sein Bogen fest und die Arme seiner Hände stark durch die Hände des Mächtigen in Jakob, durch ihn, den Hirten und Stein Israels.

aber dein Bogen bleibt unzerbrechlich. Deine Arme und Hände sind stark, weil Jakobs mächtiger Gott dir hilft. Er sorgt für Israel wie ein Hirte, gibt dem Volk Sicherheit wie ein starker Fels.
