Siehe, die Heiden sind geachtet wie ein Tropfen, so im Eimer bleibt, und wie ein Scherflein, so in der Waage bleibt. Siehe, die Inseln sind wie ein Stäublein.

Nein, niemals! Denn in seinen Augen sind selbst ganze Völker nur wie Tropfen im Eimer, wie Stäubchen auf der Waage. Die Inseln im Meer hebt er hoch, als wären sie Sandkörner.
