Auf einmal begann der Junge zu jammern: »Mein Kopf tut so weh!« Sofort befahl der Vater einem der Knechte: »Trag ihn schnell nach Hause!«

und sprach zu seinem Vater: O mein Haupt, mein Haupt! Er sprach zu seinem Knecht: Bringe ihn zu seiner Mutter!

Dort klagte es ihm: Mein Kopf, mein Kopf! Der Vater befahl seinem Knecht: Trag das Kind heim zu seiner Mutter!
